3 Übungen direkt hintereinander: 3x Kniebeuge (unter 14 Jahren ohne Gewicht), 3x Sprünge, 10m Sprint (3-4 schnelle Schritte). 6-8 Wiederholungen, 2-3 min Pause zwischen den Wiederholungen.
Kniebeuge beidbeinig
Kniegelenke und Füße mindestens hüftbreit auseinander (in Verlängerung der Hüfte). Kniespitze zeigt zum Großzeh oder zweiten Zeh (kein x oder o Bein). Gesäß absenken, Knie geht dabei nicht vor den Fuß (eine Linie senkrecht mit dem Fuß)
Sprünge
Beine und Füße hüftbreit auseinander (in Verlängerung der Hüften)
kurzer Sprint
10m Sprint (3-4 schnelle Schritte)
